Job Title: Warehouse and balloon installation assistant
Job Type: Casual 15+ hours per week - may suit a uni student or someone available during school hours.
Must be available to work on Saturday and also atleast 2 days per week - days may vary.
Some late night pick up's required (collecting backdrops ect)
Pay Rate: Retail Award Rate + Super + Penalties
Location: Our warehouse in Thomastown
Reports to: To the owners, Lydia and Matt
About Us: The Confetti Room has been running for almost 6 years and we have just moved into our amazing warehouse space. Our mission is too spread joy to all people throughout Melbourne with our wonderful balloon displays. Whether it is a bouquet, a rainbow or an EPIC balloon installation. Our goal is to see our customers smile and say "WOW!"
As a husband and wife team we are super family orientated and are looking to grow our team/business.
Job Summary:
The main role of a warehouse and balloon installation assistant is to support the managers in the day to day running of the business, managing online orders and creating beautiful balloon garlands for our clients.
Key duties and responsibilities:
● Making balloon garlands and balloon bouquets
● Answering phone calls
● Stock control
● Deliveries - Driving a large van
● On site setting up events
● Basic Admin
● General Cleaning and Organising
● Decal Printing

Skills and Experience:
● Driver's licence
● Basic computer skills
● Basic social media knowledge
● Retail/Event experience preferred but not essential. Training will be provided for the right person.
