Each balloon will come helium filled and with a ribbon and a balloon weight
Price is excluding delivery. Balloon is best delivered on the day of event/birthday. Balloon will last approx 3 days depending on climate. All balloons come helium filled with a matching Balloon Weight and Ribbon. Delivery will be calculated at checkout.
